Hey! I’m Laura Beth.
AT A GLANCE, I’m a standard-issue suburban mother who drives a minivan and waits in the drive-thru for coffee and/or chicken nuggets a couple of times a week.
But like every other mom I’ve ever met, I want you to know that I am more than the sum of my mom-parts.
In other words, please don’t judge my character by the amount of crap that falls out of my car when I open the sliding doors.
Here are a few things I’m really good & really bad at that have little to do with motherhood:
(Coincidentally, I am both/either really good and/or really bad at motherhood, depending on the day…)
THINGS I’M BAD AT:
Dancing
Drinking enough water
Solving Sudoku
Being on time
Ordering at Starbucks
THINGS I’M GOOD AT:
NYT Connections
Taking naps
Playing Ms. Pacman
Arranging Trader Joe’s flowers
Justifying questionable decisions
